I'd like to host an event. How can I participate?
If your studio or storefront is located within the Metro Vancouver area, you can apply to host an intimate gathering of design lovers during the week of October 1-8.
What if I missed the application deadline?
Unfortunately, due to the complexity of planning a series of events within the week of October 1-8, we are not able to accommodate applications after the deadline of July 15, 2020.
I would like to host an event format that doesn’t fit with the current application. Can I apply with a custom concept?
Unfortunately, due to the complexity of this new program, we are not able to accommodate custom concepts at this time. We are working on adding more concepts in future years.
Can multiple designers showcase their products in the same venue?
Yes, please list all participating designers/partners as part of your application.
Can a designer collective split the $1,500 participation fee?
Payment can be split within a group, but the online payment must be paid in full by one representative from the collective by August 14, 2020.
How can I buy a ticket?
Our ticketing site will be launched later this summer. Subscribe to our newsletter to get notified when tickets are available.
How will these events address COVID-19 health and safety precautions?
Each event will strictly follow the BC government's guidelines regarding group gatherings. Group sizes will be limited and sanitization will be of utmost importance.
